CHARIS MIND & BODY WELLNESS was founded with the vision of providing accessible, compassionate, and holistic psychiatric care. The clinic grew out of the belief that mental health and physical health are inseparably connected. Charis was built on the principle that healing requires attention to both the mind and body. "Charis" is the Greek word for grace, representing kindness, gratitude, and favor—values that guide every patient interaction. The practice now serves patients virtually in New York and Texas, and intends to expand to more states in the future.
